Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information DailyDishDigitals (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit dailydishdigitals.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you download our free sample or buy a product, the transaction happens on Gumroad (gumroad.com), not on this Site. Gumroad collects your email address and payment details to deliver your download and process your order, under Gumroad’s own privacy policy. We receive your email address from Gumroad so we can deliver your purchase and, where you have opted in, send you recipe emails and offers. We never see or store your full payment card details.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may automatically record basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location (country/region) from your IP address. This helps us understand which recipes readers love so we can make more of them.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and we use them only to reply to you.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — for essential operation, to understand traffic, and to support advertising (see below). You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; the Site will still work, though some features may be limited. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)

We use (or plan to use) Google AdSense to display advertisements on the Site. In connection with that:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of many third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices.
• Google’s advertising practices are described in Google’s Privacy & Terms.

Our Offers page may also contain third-party offers and affiliate links. If you click through to a third-party site or complete a third-party offer, that provider’s own privacy policy applies to the information you give them; we do not control and are not responsible for third-party practices. Affiliate links may earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you, and this is disclosed on the page itself.

How we use email addresses

Email addresses obtained through Gumroad are used to: deliver your downloads and receipts; respond to support questions; and — only where you have agreed to receive them — send occasional recipe emails and product offers from DailyDishDigitals. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell your email address to third parties.

Data sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Site and store — Gumroad (checkout and delivery), our email service provider, our web host, analytics providers, and advertising partners such as Google — and only as needed for those purposes, or where required by law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing emails at any time. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do, and the current version will always be posted on this page.
